Beijing Municipal Government Scholarship — Enrolled Students at University of International Business and Economics

The enrolled-student round of the Beijing Municipal Government Scholarship at UIBE rewards continuing self-funded international degree students (bachelor's, master's or doctoral) who have studied at the university for more than a year, hold no other tuition funding and are enrolled for a degree there. Awards follow the same two grades by level as the new-student round — a full award of 40,000 / 30,000 / 20,000 RMB per academic year and a half award of 20,000 / 15,000 / 10,000 RMB for doctoral, master's and bachelor's students — with ages governed by UIBE's implementing measures. Selection weighs academic rank within the year and discipline, conduct, attendance, student-leadership contributions and awards won for the university; students with disciplinary records, more than eight hours of unexplained absence in a term, or late registration and tuition payment in autumn 2024 are excluded. Applications are submitted on paper through the teaching college, which forwards its recommendation list to the International Education College's degree-education office before a five-day public review by the international-student award committee.
