Shihezi University (石河子大学, Shihezi, Xinjiang) recruits master's and doctoral students under the Chinese Government Scholarship - Chinese University Program (CSC Type B): a full award covering tuition, on-campus accommodation, a CNY 3,000 (master) / 3,500 (doctoral) monthly stipend and comprehensive medical insurance, for 2-3 academic years (master) or 4 academic years (doctoral). SHZU reviews applications, recommends candidates to CSC, and CSC decides the final list. This record replaces the row's former owner-approved generic CGS placeholder: it is the same CGS award family with full on-page terms from the university's own 国际交流与合作处 posting.
