1) Email the CSC application form and all documents to uibescholarship@163.com before 2026-03-15 with the subject 'UIBE 卓越奖学金申请 + 预录取通知书'; UIBE reviews them and issues a pre-admission letter. 2) After receiving the letter, register in the CSC system (studyinchina.csc.edu.cn) before 2026-03-25, choosing Type A, agency number 1563, project '中国政府来华留学卓越奖学金项目', major 国际金融学 and duration one year, uploading documents identical to those submitted to UIBE. Documents: CSC application form, passport front page (ordinary passport valid beyond 2026-09-30), a personal statement of over 1,000 characters, an English CV, notarised highest diploma and transcripts, two recommendation letters (from an employer's head or an associate professor or above, with phone and email), an employment certificate in English, an English-language certificate, the Foreigner Physical Examination Form and a police non-criminal-record certificate (or the published undertaking form).
