The University of Toronto funds international students through a small number of large awards and a long tail of smaller ones. The large one is the Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship, which the university itself describes as its biggest program for international undergraduates: it is nomination based, around three dozen students receive it each year, and it covers tuition, residence, books and incidental fees for four years. Nominations come from your school, so the first step is checking whether your current institution can put you forward.
Outside Pearson, funding at Toronto is more fragmented. The university and its three campuses run entrance and faculty scholarships, some of which are decided automatically from your admission application, and graduate funding is arranged by each department, with research-based master's and doctoral students usually supported through assistantships and internal awards. A record below that names a faculty or campus is telling you where the money lives.
Pearson requires its own application deadline and school nomination, while most of the other awards below follow the admission timeline, so check the deadline type on the card. The future.utoronto.ca scholarship pages are the official source for current rounds, and the award's own website link on the card goes straight there.
