Scholarship Interview Tips That Actually Work
Written by Zain Aqdas, Founder and lead researcher, Scholarships AtlasPublished 10 August 2026
Most scholarship interviews are conversations, not interrogations. Prepare answers to the obvious questions, why this scholarship, why this field, what are your goals, but stay flexible. Practice aloud. Bring questions of your own. Be honest about weaknesses; committees respect self-awareness. Dress professionally, arrive early, and follow up with a thank-you note within 24 hours.
